There is something especially valuable about meeting people at the very beginning of their career journey – when ideas are forming, interests are taking shape, and everything still feels possible. That is why we are happy to be at 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫 on April 29th. If you are visiting the event, stop by our booth! We would love to meet you, hear what excites you, and tell you more about the work we do and the paths you can explore with us. See you there!
Thank you to everyone who joined us at 𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 between 13-16th of April! It was great to connect with so many people interested in the future of 𝐏𝐋𝐌 and 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, as well as the evolution of 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐫-𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐬 𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦. During our session, we explored how lightweight, secure, and scalable 𝐌𝐄𝐒-𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 can be built by leveraging modern web technologies and 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐝𝐠𝐞. A key focus was also 𝐨𝐧-𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, showing how organizations can benefit from 𝐄𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 while keeping their own infrastructure. With just a couple of slides and a lot of live demo, we were able to bring the concepts to life, and we were truly […]
We were happy to welcome 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐓𝐔’𝐬 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 to our office recently. During the visit, Iskra Kyuchukova, who is a 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭, introduced them to 𝐈𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐚 – who we are, what we work on, and the 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 currently open across the company. She also gave them an overview of 𝐏𝐋𝐌, the kinds of challenges our clients face, and how our teams help solve them in practice. It was a great way to start the conversation, share more about our environment and specifics, and give the students a clearer picture of the paths they could explore with us. The visit also gave them the chance to experience a […]
𝐈𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐚 is pleased to announce the successful deployment of the 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐋𝐌 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 in both 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 and 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐚. With this significant milestone, in addition to a major upgrade, the 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐋𝐌 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 is now utilized by over 700 users worldwide, facilitating international collaboration across Mersen Marketing, Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
Some training sessions are remembered for the content. Others are remembered for the feeling they create. Our 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬 managed both. A group of 10 colleagues came together, and the feedback mentioned lively energy, lots of laughter, and even some spontaneous singing during the session. This says something important: when a room feels open enough for people to laugh, participate freely, and enjoy the moment, learning tends to land differently – especially on a topic built around 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, and 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. That kind of feedback speaks volumes. 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 is not just about concepts – it is about how people relate, respond, and create space for one […]
We are excited to be at 𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, reconnect with the community, lead the conversation and explore how organizations are shaping the future of 𝐏𝐋𝐌 and 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. What makes 𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 special is not just the sessions – it is the people, the ideas, and the momentum. It is where experience meets innovation, where challenges turn into discussions, and where new perspectives start to take shape. If you are in Miami, come find us!
After presenting 𝐌𝐄𝐒 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐞 at 𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, we are taking the next step: showing at 𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 how 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐝𝐠𝐞 can deliver an even better operator experience on the shop floor. In this session, we will explore how to build a 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭, 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐄𝐒-𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩 with modern web technologies and Edge capabilities – from responsive operator UIs to real-time production tracking. We will cover: • 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤 with React, Vue, Edge Builder and the latest web technologies to build a high-performance, user friendly UI that simplifies operator tasks – from production order selection to real-time action tracking • 𝐄𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 for implementation, connectivity, and hosting in Cloud or on-premises secured infrastructures. We are excited to share that we will be attending the 𝐓𝐔 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰, 7 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥. We had a pretty unique “meeting” last week. No agenda, just a board game centered around 𝐂𝐒𝐑 (𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲). At its core, being a responsible business is about making better decisions for the 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 and our 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬. The game forced us to do exactly that – balancing logic with the luck of the draw. We explored themes of 𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, and 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 in ways that a standard workshop just cannot match. There were some genuinely eye-opening moments, especially during the sensory challenges where we had to rely on things other than our sight. It is easy to talk about “saving the environment” or “ethical norms,” but seeing how […]
Imagine your development being supported by someone who chose to take on that responsibility – not someone assigned to evaluate you. That is the idea behind 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 at 𝐈𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐚. For a long time, every employee has been supported by a 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐫 from the same track, with greater experience and perspective. This advisor is typically not their direct manager, which helps create a dynamic that is just different. Growth is faster when you are guided by someone who has already seen the view from the top. Our advisors bring a ‘been there, done that’ perspective that simplifies the map and makes it more enjoyable. Here is how we make it […]

Productive (and nice) day in Cologne, Germany! Last week, part of the Inensia team met up for a co-working day – a great chance to sit together, share updates, and enjoy each other’s company. The highlight was our exchange session: we renewed our focus on growing our German presence and made a few adaptations – from strengthening our partner programs, to discussing new innovation topics and reviewing continuous improvement initiatives. And because it is Cologne, we could not skip out on its charm: we spent some time by the Cathedral, wandered the small streets in the center, and enjoyed some nice food & drinks to end the day on a high note. Already looking forward to the next one.
