𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫 put the right question on the table: what does AI need from PLM before it can be useful to engineering teams?
That is the focus of this year’s theme, “Adaptive Intelligence: AI, PLM, and the Future of Product Development.”
𝐈𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐚 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐦 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 on 𝟔-𝟕 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐫, and our Innovation Manager Nicolas Gouju contributed with an exciting presentation of a 3D Viewer In-Browser for Edge Apps – a web-component viewer using PRC data to show product configurations and variants in 3D, supporting workflows from simulation to manufacturing instructions, available in Edge apps and the standard Aras client.
Stockholm also put future PLM, AI within Aras Innovator Edge, and parallel changes to product definitions on the agenda.
The value for engineering leaders is not AI in isolation; it is whether teams can trust the product context behind a decision.
