𝐓𝐡𝐞 NAFEMS 𝐒𝐏𝐃𝐌 as well as the 𝐀𝐈 & 𝐌𝐋 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐀𝐄 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 came together in 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐡 – an opportunity to learn how 𝐀𝐈 is being applied to simulation, compare approaches with industry peers, and better understand what to check before adopting them in your own organization.
The discussions covered both the possibilities and the practical questions: how results are validated, where models have limitations, and how 𝐀𝐈 fits into existing engineering processes.
𝐎𝐧 𝟐𝟖 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫, the joint day shared by both conferences, Leonel Garategaray, Business Consultant at 𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐚, presented “𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐎𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧,” co-authored with Sjoerd Tilmans, Lead Application Engineer at Synopsis Inc.
Through a pharma use case, they explored how non-experts can find, run, and report on approved simulation workflows using natural language – with full provenance and traceability.
The point is not to turn everyone into a simulation specialist. It is to make approved workflows accessible beyond the expert team, while keeping the engineering knowledge behind them – and the record of how results were produced – intact.
Thank you to everyone who registered and join us to explore how simulation expertise can reach more users without losing control of the workflows behind it!
