Transitioning from educational projects to solving complex problems for industrial clients can feel like a leap into the unknown. That is why we spent yesterday (4th of November) at 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐮𝐦 in 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬 – a great event bringing together students from 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐬é𝐞𝐬 and 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬. Our colleagues were on site sharing what that bridge looks like in practice and listening to where you want to take your skills next. A big thank you to the 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐮𝐦 student committee and organizers for bringing such a talented community together and hosting this great event! Work gets busy, but making room to embrace the spooky season together? Always a priority. Halloween at inensia was less about forced fun and more about a dark-mode-approved trivia quiz, some genuinely creative costumes, and a much-needed break from our screens. Gathering at our hubs was a great reminder of our small team energy: everyone brings a different kind of magic to the table, and it just works. May your code be bug-free, your coffee black, and your Halloween filled with spooky vibes!

The discussions covered both the possibilities and the practical questions: how results are validated, where models have limitations, and how 𝐀𝐈 fits into existing engineering processes. 𝐎𝐧 𝟐𝟖 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫, the joint day shared by both conferences, Leonel Garategaray, Business Consultant at 𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐚, presented “𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐎𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧,” co-authored with Sjoerd Tilmans, Lead Application Engineer at Synopsis Inc.
