Some training sessions are remembered for the content. Others are remembered for the feeling they create. Our 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬 managed both.
A group of 10 colleagues came together, and the feedback mentioned lively energy, lots of laughter, and even some spontaneous singing during the session.
This says something important: when a room feels open enough for people to laugh, participate freely, and enjoy the moment, learning tends to land differently – especially on a topic built around 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, and 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. That kind of feedback speaks volumes.
𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 is not just about concepts – it is about how people relate, respond, and create space for one another.
Sounds like Paris offered exactly that kind of learning environment.
Already looking forward for the next part of the training!
