After being among the 𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝟑 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬, this recognition means a lot. Not in a “look at us” way, but in a very real, very human way – because building a place where people feel good, challenged, supported, and seen takes time.
