Our customer launched a Digital Transformation Program which aims to harmonize the processes and tools used within the Technical Department around the world. This program is based on 5 areas including one major Pillar for Configuration Management based on PTC Windchill Platform solution. INENSIA is the Consulting & System Integration partner for the MERSEN Group MES Program (Manufacturing Execution System). Inensia defines and implements the MES HYDRA platform across over 50 MERSEN factories worldwide. This ambitious MES program aims at increasing MERSEN operational performance by aligning worldwide production plants on a MES Core Model, with converged business processes supported by a powerful MES platform tightly integrated with upstream and downstream systems.
INENSIA assisted R&D and Engineering Departments in defining a new Information System Roadmap aligned with some major corporate transformation initiatives (Merge of business units, new digital strategy). Our business consultants performed an analysis of existing processes and systems, evaluated different scenarios to harmonize and come to a single new IS Engineering Repository System within 3 domains: – Knowledge Management – Portfolio & Project Management – CAD & PLM
INENSIA designed and implemented an application to manage the Simulation Process & Data (SPDM) in the area of engine bearings, based on the Aras Innovator platform. Based on geometric parameters and flight condition data, the SPDM launches the process, run the simulation software at each step and manages input/output information up to the final key results.
INENSIA participated to the deployment of the new PLM application based on Aras Innovator Platform, in tight collaboration with the customer Project Team Our customer launched a new PLM program initiative to harmonize engineering process & tools worldwide, covering 5 main domains including Requirement Management & Standard Components Management. Inensia assignment included: – Assisting the definition of business requirements (User Stories) – Participating to the acceptance of Standard Components Management application by performing business tests on delivered sprints – Providing adoption and training engineering for both domains (Internal project collaboration platform, training materials)
