INENSIA participated to the deployment of the new PLM application based on Aras Innovator Platform, in tight collaboration with the customer Project Team

Our customer launched a new PLM program initiative to harmonize engineering process & tools worldwide, covering 5 main domains including Requirement Management & Standard Components Management. Inensia assignment included:

– Assisting the definition of business requirements (User Stories)
– Participating to the acceptance of Standard Components Management application by performing business tests on delivered sprints
– Providing adoption and training engineering for both domains (Internal project collaboration platform, training materials)
