Our customer launched a Digital Transformation Program which aims to harmonize the processes and tools used within the Technical Department around the world. This program is based on 5 areas including one major Pillar for Configuration Management based on PTC Windchill Platform solution.

INENSIA assists the Program team to carry out the the following tasks :

• Participation in business workshops (Presentation of Windchill standard features and good practices)
• Contribution to the Requirements Dossier
• Consolidation of the Users Stories Backlog
• End to End Test Cases definition & Acceptance
