Happy International Women’s day! A day to celebrate how far we have come for women’s rights and representation, especially in the tech industry, but also to recognize that there is still a lot of work to be done. Today, Inensia honors all of our friends and colleagues who identify as women and participates in helping #breakthebias for a diverse workplace, free of stereotypes and discrimination.

Happy Баба Марта (Baba Marta) from everyone at Inensia! Baba Marta is a mythical figure from Bulgaria representing the end of the Winter and the beginning of Spring. On March 1st, Bulgarians celebrate this day by exchanging martenitsi, which are adornment made of white and red yarn.
