Materials Consultant 

Your role:

  • Lead customer workshops and requirement gathering sessions;
  • Analyze customer business processes and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Translate customer needs into functional specifications and solution proposals;
  • Support system configuration, validation, and user acceptance activities;
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and customer stakeholders;
  • Support testing, issue analysis, and solution deployment activities;
  • Contribute to best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Our requirements:

  • Understanding of manufacturing and industrial engineering processes;
  • A few years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Functional
    Consultant, Materials Engineer, Materials Consultant, or a related role;
  • Client-facing experience leading workshops and gathering requirements;
  • Ability to translate customer needs into functional specifications;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace
    Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related technical discipline;
  • Strong spoken and written English;
  • Proactivity, adaptability and continuous learning mindset.

 

Advantages:

  • Strong materials knowledge (properties, specifications, standards);
  • Product development process knowledge;
  • Exposure to digital engineering, product lifecycle, or engineering data management
    environments;
  • Manufacturing or simulation workflow exposure;
  • Python / scripting for data analysis or automation;
  • Agile experience.
